🛒 How to Place an Order

  1. Log In to See Pricing
    Make sure you're logged in to your approved wholesale account — that's what unlocks your pricing and the ability to order. (Not approved yet? Apply here first.)
  2. Browse Our Initial Buyer's Guide
    Need help deciding what to order? Scroll down for a link to our most popular product picks.
  3. Add to Cart & Checkout
    Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. No payment is required at this stage.
  4. Select Your Payment Method
    Choose from credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Your country's currency should be automatically applied. If it is not, please let us know so we can update it for you.
  5. Shipping Confirmation
    Once your parcel is ready, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status under "Orders".

💳 Order Minimums & Payment Info

  • First Order Minimums:
    CAD $250 | USD $200 | £150 | €200 | AUD $275
    (No minimums for future orders!)
  • Currencies Accepted:
    We offer pricing in CAD, USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD. Prices are displayed in your local currency based on the location you shared in your wholesale inquiry.
  • No Exchange Fees:
    You'll be invoiced and pay in your home currency to avoid any foreign transaction fees. (You can see your selected currency at the bottom left of your browser window.)

🏷️ Listing & Pricing in Your Shop

  • RRP Guidance:
    Our suggested retail prices (RRP) can be found in your Wholesale Price List.
    For UK/EU shops: Many increase prices by 15-20% to offset VAT duties.
  • Marketing Materials:
    We make it easy to showcase our products online! Download high-res product photos and copy/paste descriptions from our Wholesale Marketing Pack.
